Act as courier representative oversee artwork in transit and ensuring proper handling and adherence to requirements in situ
Approve and supervise conservation projects, including reviewing and authorizing treatment
Implement cataloging standards and maintain an appropriate database system for individual client’s needs
Assemble and archive provenance records, historical documents, images, and related catalog information
Review facility reports and contracts relating to the lending of your collection, as well as monitor the loan to ensure adherence to conditions
Storage and packing solutions
Inspection of sites to record temperature, humidity, and light levels
Implement and monitor pest traps, as required.

Acquisitions
Liase with galleries, auction houses, museums and other institutions during the process of acquisition or de-accessioning
Review and advise on Deeds of Gift, Purchase Agreements, and other consignment contracts
Coordinate appraisals and determine appropriate disposition channels
Manage logistics of incoming and outgoing artworks, including maintaining database and up-to-date inventory for tracking and tax purposes
